OMEGA SOURCE - Spring/Summer Issue
This most recent CD from Flautist Laura Nashman expresses the language of love with its many moods and emotions. On the jacket, she quotes a line from the song Nature Boy: "The greatest thing you'll even learn, is just to love and be loved in return." This is her inspiration. The CD is a wonderful, relaxing listen as background music for the hearling arts or dinner parties and as a private concert in the living room. Beautiful arrangements by guitarist, Bill Bridges and pianist John Alonso include timeless classics woven together with the magic of Laura's flute, such as The Moonlight Sonata, Gabriel's Oboe, and the Albinoni Adagio. Special guest Amy Sky adds her vocal jewels throughout and is featured on "Come All Ye Fair and Tender Maidens". Laura Nashman has seven CD's to her credit; as well, she has produced CD's for others under her label, Spa-la-la.
